Air Jumper™ User Manual
Congratulations on the recent purchase of the Australian-made Air Jumper™. It is a low-rebound bounce facility designed for public playgrounds.
To use the device safely and ensure a long operational life, the following requirements must be followed as well as for warranty purposes as attached.
User Safety
Site signage must be provided by the site owner with an example shown adjacent. This must be installed immediately adjacent and in line-of site of Air Jumper™.
The surrounding area of the Air Jumper™ must remain clear of any temporary or permanent obstructions as per the requirements of relevant design and planning codes for playground design. Eg temporary site works.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect the rubber mat for any signs of cuts or splitting. Also check for obstructions in the pit below the mat by making a visual assessment through the holes using a torch. A depth gauge is also to be used to ensure a minimum depth of 400mm from the underside of the mat to the bottom of the of the pit is maintained.
If the depth is less, the mat should be removed, and the depth restored to ensure safe operation. If the unit shows any undue signs of wear and tear or damage, please report this immediately using the contact details adjacent.
All inspection and maintenance to be in accordance with AS4685:2014, AS4685:2017 or EN1176:2017 or relevant local industry standards and/or codes.
