To the full extent permitted by law, the Purchaser waives all rights it may have under statute, law or treaty limiting the Purchaser’s liability under this contract. The purchaser must supply the date of installation of the Air Jumper™, address of the installation, minimum of three installation photos and one completed photo for this warranty to be valid. This information is to be emailed to info@universalplay.com.au if these are not supplied within two weeks from the date of installation, this warranty will be deemed null and void.

Warranty commences from the date of purchase should above conditions be followed. It is at the discretion of Universal Play whether the product is replaced, refunded or repaired, upon investigation at time of warranty claim.

The Air Jumper™ comes with a 2 year conditional warranty. The period between 12-24 months may only attract 50% cover. This covers the mat, and springs.

The Galvanised frame comes with a 5 year warranty and the Stainless Steel frame has a 20 year warranty.
